Safety management standards
1、 General Provisions
1.1 In order to provide better services to tourists, ensure the normal order of the company's tourism, ensure the safety of tourists' lives and property, and the company, a "Safety Management Specification" is formulated to clearly define the safety responsibilities of leaders, departments, and employees.
2、 Applicable scope
2.1 Applicable to the company's security and fire protection work.
3、 Responsibilities
3.1 The security guard is responsible for the company's tour order, daily security, fire safety, and guest reception security work.
3.2 Electricians are responsible for the construction site and electrical safety, as well as the maintenance of fire alarm equipment.
3.3 Each department shall carry out safety work in accordance with fire safety management regulations.
3.4 Before entering the company for construction, the construction unit shall sign the "Fire Safety Responsibility Letter" with the company's engineering management department to ensure safety.
4、 Policy
4.1 The safety management of tourist attractions shall implement the policy of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management".
5、 Conduct safety inspections on the implementation of national security regulations and policies, safety management of tourist areas, safety conditions, and potential hazards, including:
5.1 Conduct inspections on the implementation of safety responsibility system, safety training, and job safety skills for each department and employee.
5.2 Inspect the environment, signs, and safety facilities of the sightseeing area.
5.3 The company should ensure the investment of funds in safety management, ensure that all equipment and facilities meet the requirements of safety management, and promptly eliminate any potential accidents.
5.4 In addition to regular safety inspections on a daily basis, 2-4 mass inspections should be conducted regularly every year. Including general inspection, professional inspection, and seasonal inspection.
5.5 To conduct safety inspections, there must be clear objectives, requirements, and specific plans, and there must be records of the inspections. Rely on the masses to inspect and improve while discovering hidden dangers, and promptly rectify and eliminate them.
5.6 It is necessary to develop emergency rescue plans for sudden safety accidents and formulate corresponding rescue measures for potential tourism safety accidents. There are commonly used emergency medicines available at the tourist attractions to provide timely assistance to tourists.
5.7 Clear warning signs should be set up in areas and passages within tourist attractions that may pose a potential threat to tourists' safety, reminding them to pay attention to their safety. Protective facilities should be installed in hazardous areas to ensure the safety of tourists.
6、 Maintenance of tourist order and daily security work
6.1 The security personnel shall implement a fixed day and night patrol system, responsible for maintaining the company's tourist order and daily security work.
6.2 Security personnel are responsible for maintaining the daily security work of the company after park closure and at night.
6.3 The security personnel of the company should do a good job in handover and fill in duty records.
6.4 The company's gatekeeper is responsible for inspecting and registering employees and vehicles entering and exiting.
6.5 The company's security personnel shall be on duty and inspect the order within the company in accordance with the duty inspection regulations.
6.6 All departments of the company assist in maintaining the order and safety of the company's tourism during the park opening period.
If a sudden accident occurs in the company, it shall be handled in accordance with the "Emergency Rescue Plan for Sudden Accidents".
After receiving the notice of VIP reception plan issued by the superior security department or company leaders, the company's security department shall formulate corresponding security plans according to regulations and take confidentiality measures.
7、 Fire safety
7.1 Fire protection work implements the policy of "prevention first, combining prevention and fire prevention", implements the principle of "whoever is in charge is responsible", establishes a three-level fire prevention responsibility system, signs the "Fire Safety Responsibility Letter" level by level, takes responsibility layer by layer, and forms an overall and comprehensive fire prevention network.
7.2 Each department shall strictly fulfill the responsibilities of the "Fire Safety Responsibility Letter" and do a good job in their own fire safety work. The fire brigade of the engineering department is responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation of the responsibility letter by each department, and promptly issuing a "Fire Hazard Rectification Notice" if any problems are found, with a deadline for rectification.
7.3 The company's fire prevention personnel shall strictly inspect the fire equipment, tourist attractions, restaurants, and exhibition halls in their jurisdiction at least once a day in accordance with the provisions of the "Fire Safety Responsibility Letter". If damage is found to the facilities, immediately fill out the "Fire Safety Opinion Form" and report it to the relevant departments for timely repair; If any unsafe factors or safety hazards are found, they shall be reported to the leader in charge of the work in a timely manner, and the relevant department shall be notified to rectify within a specified time limit.
7.4 The fire safety personnel of the engineering department are responsible for the supervision and inspection of fire safety throughout the company, with 24-hour duty and responsibility assigned to each individual.
The maintenance and upkeep of 7.5 fire-fighting equipment is the responsibility of the engineering department, and after repair, the engineering department arranges relevant personnel to be responsible for inspection and acceptance confirmation.
7.6 The fire personnel of the engineering department are responsible for the supervision of fire alarms and filling out the 'Fire Duty Record' on a daily basis.
In case of a sudden fire, handle it according to the "Company Emergency Rescue Plan for Sudden Accidents".
7.8 Firefighters shall provide training on firefighting knowledge and skills, as well as firefighting performances, in accordance with the requirements of the local firefighting department.
